Q: Tell us about Eau Spa at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa – the location, year you opened, etc.

Q: What would you say is the philosophy for Eau Spa?

Q: What kind of marketing do you find to be most successful?
A: Anything that is funny or has not been done before.
Q: How do you stay up to date on the latest industry trends, and how do you apply them to Eau Spa?
A: I read everything that I can get my hands on.
Q: What do you think sets Eau Spa apart from others?
A: It is a totally new luxury spa concept unlike anything else in the market. We don’t ask our guests to lose weight or lower their voices. Men and women are already under enough pressure to be thinner, more polished, healthier, greener and more recondite. We ask them to make a wish not for world peace, but for something fun and frivolous that makes them find happiness and acceptance within themselves—exactly as they are at that very moment. Q: You devote your career to helping people look and feel their best. How do you take care of yourself?
A: I don’t, really. I like fantasizing about making time to, though. Does that count?
